    Spring Savings Punch Card


    Yesterday I made a purchase of $22.49 for Lego DC Super Villains Deluxe, yet got no credit for it on the punch card. I did however get a $2 credit for a purchase made afterwards. Is there anything that can be done about this?

    Spring Savings Punch Card

    Sometimes punchcards can take 24 hours or more to register. If your purchase completed and in the store it says you own the game and the purchase shows up in your order history then it is being tracked by the punchcard. Some people are having trouble
    with the gears of war 5 and resident evil 3 punchcards as well.

    I bought the expansion pass via the punch card after it was live and it hasn't counted that either. I'm also hearing issues where the individual DLC was purchased and the punch card isn't updating either.
    Same here - I can't get it to complete the punch card.

    Any ideas Microsoft?
