Spotty wireless remote connections

Hi,

Both of my Xbox One controllers will not connect wirelessly to my console. If it does, the connection will only last a few mins. I have a xbox one forza edition with controller. I recently purchased a white wireless controller. Both worked perfectly
until a month ago. Now, to play a game I need to connect via USB. I've made sure Xbox is up to date and also the controllers are up to date. I've restarted the console, and also made sure the batteries are fresh. I dont have anything else connected to
the console. The console is well ventilated. Any suggestions?

Inexplicably spotty Live connection

My brothers Gamertag is and mine is inferno nova. I Already have the New dashboard preview but he don't. I Don't know how to invite him to it, so can you? is expieriencing the same party chat and losing game sound problems
as everybody else. I Know they will be fixed but this would better help him with the xbox one's stability problems.

 

Inexplicably spotty Live connection

I fixed my issue: the problem was my Comcast wireless gateway. This one to be exact:

customer.comcast.com/.../wireless-gateway-1

I had a Motorola Surfboard SB6141 that I'd been meaning to swap out so I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Comcast and got the Motorola activated. Once it was up and running I connected an old Airport Extreme to it with zero customization and everything
just works. Live, Destiny, everything. I've been playing for two days with no issues.

It's possible that the reset signal Comcast send down the line made the difference, but I've read a few things on other forums about the Comcast gateways having packet loss issues.

 

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing
the Xbox button on the front
of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug
the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds.
