Spotting problems

I've been playing the recon class and have the habit of spotting then shooting. Every so often, I end up squad leader. Is there anyway to disable or choose an option to not be a squad leader.

It becomes a problem because whenever I try to spot enemies or vehicles I give an order to attack or defend objective if the enemies are in that objective.

once again PTFO, Squad Up, Give Health and Ammo packs, Spot, play as a group play as a team you will win.

spotting is and should be a full time occupation... spotting promotes teamwork, which = win.

saw a video on modded controllers , the only thing I likes was the automatic spot feature, couldn't use the rest as I HATE shooting fast, rather be accurate. But it was interesting, I spot first and shoot second which causes me to lose fire fights at times,
but ya know it's worth it.

I know, and TBH I agree with you on most parts. I played BC2 earlier and it was a blast, only thing is.. like 3 people playing per match. >.<
