    On my Xbox I have the spotify app, I use it quite frequently and when I went to use it today it worked like it always did. When I had a band playing for a while it suddenly froze on the song when I closed the app, I turned off my Xbox and re-installed the app and yet I am having the same issue. When the app is open I get a small control menu where I can skip, pause, rewind, shuffle, and repeat songs but now after the incident happened I don't have this anymore. I have the spotify app open but when I access this control panel I just get a broken looking screen, I cant access the buttons and the band name, the song name, or the cover of the album or song wont show. It also wont let me access other songs or bands I have listened to on this "short cut". If anyone has the same issue or knows how to fix it please reach out to me and help.
