    is anyone else having this problem? im using spotify and when i have the music on 5% the volume is very very low. but when i put ot on 15% its like its normal....... but it was working perfectly fine last night.......

    Changing the balance has the same effect as changing the volume.

    (makesure spotify is on) then you need to press home>spotify>volume hope that helps

    Sometimes when i use spotify on max volume theres no audio even if the song is paused, if your using spotify atm try exiting it by pressing the button with the three lines and going to the exit option.

    Thanks for your reply. Let me clarify my problem. There's no TV or remote-controlled amplifier in the system, that's why I would need to control the volume of the optical audio output of my Xbox One S. I'm sure it's technically (on hardware-side) possible,
    because I can adjust its volume in Spotify through my mobile's or PC's Spotify application.
