Spotify Promotion a scam?

I have less than 10 days until my Xbox gamepass expires and still have not received my 6 month spotify promotion, I messaged them they said I should have received it after 10 days which did not happen so I messaged again, I got a service ticket for it,
it clearly state 24-72 hours, its going on to day 6 now and still nothing? I tried logging into support from my account and it said it was down, after signing out it all of a sudden the support page was working??? I got in by signing in last minute my support
page still says it is down, I'm beginning to feel like they're avoiding me any suggestions?

I dont think it's a scam, they would not get away with it .

Keep emailing or getting in touch with support. Hopefully it's just a back log👍

With the launch of the Holiday Gift Basket, all current Ultimate members in US and UK can access their Spotify codes on Xbox One consoles.

Step 1: From your Home Console Dashboard, select the tile “Awesome deals and more” (if “Claim your Ultimate Gift” tile is not showing.)

Im having same problem exactly and i checked it says new and existing customers get 1 month ea 3 months discord nitro and 6 months spotify and i was totally blown off by microsoft support

Olá, eu tb tinha a duvida dele... porém como vc falou eu já fui e sou membro gamepass Ultimate.

isso mesmo elas ficam inlegiveis pelos 6 meses.
