Spotify problems

Hello there at the moment Spotify is having some outages problem you may check it on this link.

I have same problem with you,but I serched on internet and knew that we would convert the Spotify Music to MP3/WAV/FLAC etc and then add to xbox .I would recommend this Spotify
Music Converter which solved my problem.

since it's a third party app, it's spotify that has to look into the issue. You may want to contact them.

So I'm guessing there's a problem with app, recently users reported that Spotify app couldn't be updated as the installation keeps stopping, i don't think that performing a hard reset on your console may be worth your time if this is a general problem,
just wait and see if this is a Spotify side problem they may be working to fix it
