Spotify paid with Microsoft Money in Account

You can't. Spotify Premium can only be paid via Debit/Credit card or one of their X month premium cards.

The $, wasn't the authorization charge, it was the amount of money that was on Microsoft Account at the time that I paid with, the rest was paid with the card

This wouldn't be an issue for Xbox Live, you'd
have to contact Spotify support. You can get into Microsoft Account as is evident by receiving the code for Spotify Premium, but you're having trouble getting into Spotify, so you'd have to reach out to them on how to recover your account. You do have
an account with Spotify, correct? It is a different service than Xbox Live, and would not take your Microsoft Account credentials. You have to make a discrete account for their service.
