Spotify not linking to game bar Windows 11

This problem that I'm going to discuss is a frequently asked question

When I try to link my Spotify account to Xbox Game Bar, I get a white screen saying "Connecting to a server..."

I have waited for 5 minutes but it still keeps on saying connecting.

I have tried repairing Game Bar. installing the Spotify app from MS Store as well as the Spotify website, but found no success in linking my account yet.

Please help me link my account to Game Bar.

PC info: HP Laptop with Intel 11th gen i3 core, Windows 11

64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

Please ask me if you need any more speculations.

May I know which NAT type do you have?
For this go to xbox console companion app > Settings > Network

Did you tried using another wifi network to see how it goes?
Or try sign in with another account just to test

Is your windows 11 up to date?

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

if you still want to claim Spotify deal switch to the game pass tab your Xbox. once you enter it for Spotify you are given a link to redeem and a bar code. Please note that if you have a Spotify premium account that you cannot use the code it only for new
users.

go to you Xbox home, then press RB to move to the Game Pass tab. Then if you look there should be a picture with EA, Nitro, and spotify products. at the bottom will say claim your ultimate gift now.

once you go into the app select what you want.

for EA access once you select it, it will take you to the store so your able to claim it.

for Discord Nitro There is a link and a bar code scanner. one you go to the link connect it to your account.

for Spotify Premium There is a link and bar code. either create an new Spotify account or connect with an that does not have premium to redeem it.

What is the error you're getting, and where are you trying to log in? Are you attempting to log in to Spotify for the Windows Game Bar? And can you verify you have the right account information by logging into spotify.com with the same account credentials
you're trying to use via the Game Bar?
