    Spotify not installing


    Trying to download Spotify on the xbox series x and ot goes onto the installing page but won't install. Its just stuck at 0.0% and won't move. I've tryed resettingmy xbox and unistalling and reinstalling but nothing changed and its still at 0.0%. Does anyone know the problem

    My network work should be all good as I am on ethinet. Making my xbox do:

    1. Download speed=948.40mbps

    2. Upload speed 52.35mbps

    Ok, we have already verified that it is not a network problem, so let's do other steps:

    1. On your Controller, press the Xbox button.
    2. Then select Restart and confirm.

    This process will not delete anything from your console, it will simply turn it off and on automatically. It is possible that by completing all these steps, the Spotify download will return to normal.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading Spotify on your Xbox, and I'll do my best to try to help you solve this problem.

    Now, I would like us to identify the fault of the problem, for that I will ask you some questions and give you some recommendations that you should follow to the letter.

    Mostly this download problem happens when there are internet problems, if so I invite you to restart your router and switch to a cable connection if you are on Wi-Fi. You can also follow these steps to do a speed test on your Xbox, so we can rule out a network problem:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
    3. Select Test network speed and statistics.
