    Spotify issue on Xbox


    I am not able to load or listen to saved playlists on the Xbox One via the Spotify app. I can listen to my saved playlists on Spotify through a web app on a PC or my phone but not on the Xbox as of the last few days or so. I can still browse and search
    new music and play new music but i generally like build playlists to use for gaming and am not sure how to get that feature back. Thanks!

    Spotify wont start on xbox one X

    Ambassador and Alpha insider here, 2 consoles. Primary is in alpha (xbox S), secondary is in Delta (xbox X- /Wife's Primary console). Spotify runs beautifully on Xbox S in Alpha. Spotify stopped working on xbox X in Delta.

    1st issue:

    Loading Spotify would only bring an infinite load screen on the Spotify splash with the loading dots.

    Attempted fixes:

    Hard power cycle console, (with unplugging power source). Tried 4 times total on more than one day.

    Console is constantly up to date, so is Spotify.

    No current Xbox Live issues during these events.

    Uninstalled Spotify, hard power cycle, reinstalled Spotify. Even tried hard power cycle after second installation. After first reinstallation, a 2nd different issue presented itself.

    2nd issue:

    After completing the 1st uninstall/hard power cycle/reinstall, Spotify will no longer load. I now get the error code: 0x800705b4

    I will update with any further issues or info.

    My Spotify playlists on xbox one will no longer play

    My playlists under "Your Music"on Spotify for xbox one will no longer play directly on xbox one although albums and suggested music from Spotify play just fine. Even more strange is that the playlists will play on xbox one if initiated through
    my pc. Click on a playlist on my PC and it immediately initiates the tunes on my xbox one TV screen. I have talked to both xbox support and Spotify but they were unable to resolve the problem. I have uninstalled app on my xbox, reset the xbox and reinstalled
    the Spotify App. Same issue remains. Would sure appreciate it if anyone could help resolve this issue.

    Spotify issue on Xbox

    You might need to remove the Spofity app and reinstall it, then relink your spotify account. I had to do that about a month ago.

    Try removing and reinstalling the app, also Xbox has been having some connection issues which seem to be resolved, so you can retry.
