    It wont me login or listen to my music. Not sure if its only me but I’ve tried uninstalling, restarting my xbox several times, using the activation code, logging in with my username and email but it still wont let me log in.

    Spotify isn’t working.

    I tried most of these, including resetting my game and app data in the settings. The only thing it lets me do now is login but it won’t play music.

    • Restart the Spotify app.
    • Log out and back in.
    • Check the app is up-to-date.
    • Close any other apps you’re not using.
    • Reinstall the app.

      Note: After reinstalling, you'll need to redownload any music you've made available for offline listening.
    • Check the app isn’t set to Offline mode.
    • If possible, try a different internet connection.
