    every time i trying to open spotify it says ‘this may take a minute or 2’ then it says the app failed to start then spotify goes self destruct and deletes itself.

    It can be because of your headphones, but if that is not the case try uninstalling spotify and reinstalong it

    Spotify isn’t working.

    I got spotify to work again. I uninstalled the app then went to the spotify website and reset my password. Thenn I logged in on my xbox with the new password and now it works again.

    Typically a crash occurs because of a bug in the game, not necessarily because of the xbox itself. Do you have this issue with other games as well? Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling can help.
