Spotify code still not received, long after purchasing Games Pass for Windows

Hi, I see other people asking about this but a lot of people seemed to respond that it will be sent 'within 10 business days'. I understand that.

For me it's been almost a month, how do I contact someone who can get this sent out? Finding an actual email address for support is ridiculous.

The Spotify offer was one of the major reasons I signed up to Games Pass, as I have enough games to get on with til January. If the code isn't sent out within the next few days I'll be cancelling and won't be renewing my subscription. It feels like a scam
to be honest.

Before anyone asks, yes I am eligible, not had Premium before, only just signed up to Games pass etc.

The last time I used chat support I was sent to Spotify (again Chat Support) who eventually sent me right back to Microsoft chat support. What a waste of time. Telephone support was equally useless when I tried them.

Thanks for pointing out the additional dates at the bottom of the terms and conditions, I had read these but just believed they were covering themselves in case they missed sending a code out within the first 10 days.

For anyone else reading, the most relevant part is this:

- Microsoft say ‘May take UP TO 10 business days’

but also ‘the codes are to be delivered sometime before 20th March.’

- Spotify say the code must be redeemed by 10th January.

So a very dodgy bit of overlap there isn’t it?

Yeah, I think i’ll go cancel my subscription right now. I wash my hands of this nonsense and suggest others reading do the same. I’ll be telling everyone I can how terrible this Games Pass experience was.

I have yet to find anyone from Microsoft who could actually look into where my code is. That is some poor customer support right there.

Dont know if this post fits here or not but. Ive done the xbox spotify deal and havent received my spotify code. My account has never had game pass ultimate, game pass for pc, or spotify premium. So I am unsure why i have not received a spotify code
yet.

Hello it can take up to 10 days to receive your spotify premium code from date you purchased game pass ultimate, also if you have ever had spotify premium before you won't qualify this time.
