Salve,

vi contatto per chiedervi una informazione

attualmente sono in una casa studenti senza connessione internet;

ho due xbox; una qui (gi avviata per la prima volta a cui gioco attualmente) ed una giù dai miei parenti.

Vorrei passare dei giochi ed i relativi SALVATAGGI, dalla xbox che ho giù a casa mia a questa che utilizzo qui, quindi volevo chiedere :se decidessi di trasferire i salvataggi dalla mia xbox ad un HDD external potrei poi collegare l'hdd alla mia xbox che
non ha connessione per continuare il gioco con i miei progressi??

in alternativa come potrei fare non avendo nessuna possibilit di connettermi nella mia casa studenti?(non posso usare l'hotspot perchè ho un cell aziendale che non mi permette di connettere dispositivi esterni)

ho visto che esiste la funzione per esportare i file di gioco ma vorrei capire se quella funzione comprende anche i salvataggi oppure no

Si potrebbe prendere la console che si desidera utilizzare offline dove si dispone di accesso online, accedere e scaricare il gioco che si desidera giocare offline.

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with saves offline. If you have played the game while online, you can connect online and sync last save data. As for trying to recover a offline save if it is gone there is no way
to do this. Here is a link for
offline play on Windows 10.

If you’re on a Windows 10 device, your cloud saves will automatically start uploading once you’re signed in and connected to Xbox Live. Game save sync is usually fast, but allow a couple of minutes before you try playing on another device.

Thanks for the info, how did you save the game on Xbox 360 originally? How did you move the save to the cloud? Did you "Copy" the save or "Move" the save to the cloud?

Did you have your Xbox One console offline while you played, before you moved the save to the cloud?

If you signed in with your xbox one profile on the 360 and it was that same profile then it would have just loaded up the saved games that were already there so I am going with this is an offline profile situation.

1. If this is an offline profile issue you would have to follow the link to make that offline profile an online profile.

2. Once that is done this would make a new account with a new profile on it for you with those game saves on it.

3. You can then load up that profile on the One and if you want to continue through those game saves then you would need to play on that profile.

There is NO way to move the saved games to your new profile. You are going to have to convert your xbox 360 offline profile into an online profile and you would not be able to use the current xbox one profile/account to do it.
