    NHL has always been a higher quality sports game compared to others and the community is a lot better than other sports. With the exception of Canadians hating on American players for no reason.

    Very active. It's in the top 20 of most played Xbox Live games.

    That's entirely up to 2K Games giving the "okay" on allowing Top Spin to be re-released for backward compatibility. You can
    vote for existing threads of requests for Top Spin, which can hopefully convince the publisher for a blessing.

    I wouldn't count on sports games that often get yearly releases, like FIFA and Madden made by EA, because they obviously want you to get the new title that comes out every year rather than stick to the old, outdated ones.

    There's got to be a case for Top Spin though, given the apparent shortage of tennis games in the Xbox One library right now. There hasn't been a new Top Spin game since 2011. As far as I can tell, we just have Kinect Sports Rivals and GTA5 for tennis, but
    tennis is only treated as a mere mini-game rather than the main feature.

    Just because it has the word sport in, does not define it to be a sport. Get this into your brain, it's not hard to understand.

    Gaming is a hobby, of course, and not all video games are catered for professional gaming but those that are have competition and a set of rules, just like sports, hence why it is called e-sport.

    Whether you think it's a sport or not is irrelevant and somewhat down to opinion, personally I wouldn't class it a sport. But it most definitely is an e-sport, because e-sport is defined to be ..... PROFESSIONAL GAMING!!!

    It's just like chess or darts, some people would class these as sports, others would not. They are hobbies, games, but can also be played on a competitive level just like sports.
