    Splitscreen minecraft will not sign into microsoft account


    So basically me and my girlfriend have a world that we play splitscreen on, we play online, but recently all my stuff is gone as if I'm playing offline and in the settings it says it that I'm not logged into a Microsoft account. If I join her world on my phone all my stuff is there and everything is fine, but splitscreen refuses to work, everything is update and she's online. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, we've logged my account off the xbox and nothing worked.

    Hello,

    You can only play Minecraft in splitscreen if you have an HDTV (High Definition TV). A standard definition TV will not let you play Minecraft in splitscreen. It's unfortunately not possible.

    For splitscreen in Minecraft you need a HDTV with a resolution of 720p or higher.

    If you were signed in to a Microsoft Account in Minecraft, your Marketplace purchases will have been saved to that account and can be restored by signing Minecraft into the same Microsoft Account now.

    If you were not signed in to a Microsoft account, it may not be possible to restore the purchases. The best thing you could do in this case would be to contact Minecraft support as advised in the previous message for definitive advice.
