split second lag on HDTV please help

hey all, so its odd. this only seems to affect certain games. when I played the destiny beta, no lag what so ever. but when I play halo reach, halo 4 and so on, I have a split second lag. I tried clearing my cache and turning game mode on and to no avail.
my model number is LN32C350D1D and model code is LN32C350D1DXZA.

any help would be greatly apreciated.

No there's not.. the only thing like that is under the display settings and it's basically just to adjust the color, contrast, and brightness settings.. And actually I found out last night that it can't be my TV, because I plugged my little brother's Xbox
in my TV and when we tried his Skyrim, there was no lag! And also I found out that it can't be the disk because when I put his Skyrim in my Xbox, the lag returned.. so could it be a possibility that the data is corrupted or something? Because I pretty much
ruled out the possibilities of it being the game disk itself, my TV, and my Xbox because of the fact that I bought a new one on Friday.. any suggestions?

Brian Clear System Cache delete's game updates since they can sometimes *** up the X360 a bit. Good way for weird errors.

 

You should check your net connection and make sure your router/modem has forwarded ports and open NAT settings.

 

hey, reset everything and it did nothing sadly. its only when I play halo 3,4,reach. when i played the destiny beta or metal gear rising, no lag at all. im confused.

Screen lag is common in Reach, because the graphics engine overburdens the Xbox 360's hardware. There is no fix. It's probably not your console. It's probably not your TV.
