    Split screen via console streaming?


    Hi,

    I've just started game streaming both through xcloud and through my own console and noticed pairing two controllers to my phone results in both controllers acting as controller 1. Pairing two controllers for things like emulators will result in two seperate players for split screen. Is this a limitation of game streaming or could we see split screen game streaming in the future?

    Sorry no. You need to have the console connected via HDMI cable in order to play split screen.

    Only some games offer multiplayer via split screen, unfortunately most are.geared towards online only

    As far as I know, if you're playing Split Screen on the same console, you can't talk to each other via headsets.

    Headset communication only works on two separate consoles.

    Dual Screens are currently not a WIP project. Split screen is all you can currently do at the moment you can dual screen with two Xbox's connect via LAN but you'll need to consoles connected to the internet at the same time.
