Split screen sound issue (major title 14 update bug)

So I have been having some weird bugs lately ever since the title 14 update. The biggest one, and I find this a major problem, is that when I play split screen, only one of us has sound. If I am 1P, I start with the sound (chest, damage, mobs, animals,
water/lava, ect...). If, however, 1P die, then 2P has the sound and 1P no longer hears chests, damage, mobs, animals, water/lava, ect...(the exception is if the player with sound is in range to pick up sounds of the other player and it is then heard by both).
Every time the player with the sound dies, it reverts to the other player. I've checked and reset all my setting for both players, tried switching accounts, switching 1P and 2P around, tried worlds on other accounts, created a new world and repeated tests,
I even deleted and re-installed update, BUT NOTHING WORKS. This makes us not want to play because when exploring, only one of us hears mobs or other noises I find necessary to the game. I can't find any other post about this problem, but if I can't find a
solution myself it must be a bug caused by the new update. (note music and other minor noises such as mining noises and doors still have sound for both players) I just want to make sure I am not the only person having this problem/ making this bug known.

Sounds like it's a bug with the July update. No issues with my consoles though.

 

Sign in notification bug

Hi, i noticed a bug ever since the tile transperancy update where everytime i boot up my xb1, during the profile sign in screen that pops up there is a graphic bug that makes the screen dimmer for a split second. I removed my console from the preview program
but its still there. Ms should squash these bugs during the preview wave because i see this bug everytime i boot up.

 

I have found two instances now that multiplayer has had errors like this- The one you are describing and one in Terraria. In Terraria the second, third, or fourth player COULD NOT JOIN until you went online and signed them in (online) or signed a Guest in,
quit, then went back on the world (offline).

These instances BOTH involved major updates to the games and may have something to do with Xbox 360 Programming.

 

Seeing same here. Have tried deleting the title update and different combinations of live and off line accounts. P2 can hear doors and digging, not crates, object pick up or mobs attacking. Just started with latest update.
