Split screen play doesn't seem to work on game pass games

Split screen play doesn't seem to work on game pass games, I sign into my account then add a guest then start a game, i go to local multiplayer it doesnt allow me to press A for adding another player

Hi, yes. She is right, if you're trying to do split screen via cloud gaming. Right now that's not possible

You need to install the game in your console

That's odd, may I know if you tried adding a new profile and not a guest just to see if the issue persist?
By the way, what console do you have?

Or tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this problem

Are you trying to play split screen? And what kind of TV are you playing on when it doesn't work. Split screen will only work on HDTVs.

Minecraft is a 2 player split screen game (also up to 4-play split)

Borderlands 2 is also split, think racking games, fighting games, you could play a game that doesn't require a split screen to be a local game like FIFA, WWE, NHL, NBA etc
