    Ok, slightly different question.

    My two sons love playing Minecraft. I bought them a 360 and Minecraft so they could play together, split screen. Works perfectly.

    Now, one has Xbox Live Gold. The other does not. We ran into some issues until we ticked the Play Offline.

    My question is this, if I buy another Live Gold account for the other boy, can they play together (split screen) ONLINE with other friends on the Internet? So, three of them playing together - two local and one on the Internet.

    All games that are multi player should have that as a option.

    Next Gen Consoles/Games But No Splitscreen?

    I did play Goldeneye multi with the split screen on N64 but fun it was not as you can look at your friend half of the screen and see where they are. Same went for COD 2 split screen multi.

    Sorry, i don't understand your response. Can you play split screen and with someone on the net at the same time?

    You can do it with just one Gold account if the other doesn't use a profile and signs into the game as a guest.

    its not much but Black Ops 4 has split screen Zombies, Multi-Player and you can do split screen on Duos.
