Split screen issues

Me and my partner have played split screen since black ops and never had and issue until Advanced warfare. When ever me and my partner play spilt screen we get kicked back to the main screen or it logs us out completely and have to sign back in we lose out
on are match bonus . Is anyone having the same issues .

I have had split screening issues contacted xbox customer support. This is what you have to do.

go to settings/blu ray/persistent storage/ clear persistent storage.

this worked for me and should work for anyone else whoa having split screening issues

Just some security updates and split screen issues not much at all this time.

 

Yes, my wife and I are having the same problem. It's driving us nuts.

 

I spoke with an Xbox support rep. He had me got through several trouble shooting steps. Once we were all done completing every step nothing changed! He told me to contact Activision support to see if their trouble shooting can resolve the issue. So I called
and spoke with Activision and they told me I needed to make a video of it doing it, post it on Facebook, or twiter, and link support.Activision.com to the video so they can review it and see what it's actually doing ! Then maybe they can resolve the issue.
I have not made a video because I don't have fb or Twitter not do I want to so if you guys can make videos of this and post them on YouTube,Twitter,Facebook,ect. Then, maybe Activision and Xbox can fix this annoying problem!! Thanks for the help !!

 

I just chatted with Activision and they said they would submit a complaint. I guess we'll see what happens.

 

I am having the same issue!!! Only happens when playing split screen, we keep getting kicked back to the main screen/Xbox One Home screen, at the end of each multiplayer match.

 

Also wanted to add...I did buy the Digital Download version of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

 

I'll go into more detail.

Playing Splitscreen...multiplayer match ends...it shows the match results screen, but instead of going back to the game prelobby, it goes to the Advanced Warfare title screen, then it backs out by itself to the Xbox One home screen. Then we have to restart
Advanced Warfare as if we hadn't been playing.

 

Yeah I believe we are all having the same issue. I also have the digital copy, but when I asked Activision if that's the issue they assured me it's not and apparently I was the first to call and tell them what was happening, because he said they had no knowledge
of it doing that and wanted me to make a video for proof as if I were wasting my time to call and notify them of the problem ! Hopefully next update will fix this ! But, like I said beffore I if anyone who had this issue can stream it and post to Twitter,
Facebook, or YouTube, then do it the more the better !
