    Unfortunately Splinter Cell Conviction is no longer a Games with Gold title as the August titles are now up for free with gold.

    Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in? Perhaps it's a region issue. While Xbox One games are region free there's still region blocks on 360 games.

    Have You already purchased the game via Games With Gold? If so it's probably a problem in the server you're trying to download, You may try to download It in another region If You have purchased the game in your region.
