Unfortunately, reinstalling the game and/or hard reset didn't work for me.

I'll try changing some audio parameters in XBOX settings, now I think this might be the case.

If it won't help too, I think I'll get a refund, even though I really want to play this game.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

Yep, the problem was a mismatch in my Xbox audio settings. I changed 7.1 surround to stereo and it works just fine now.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If it doesn't work after what Parity suggested try uninstall and reinstall the game. It most likely didn't install correctly. If you want to request a refund you will need to request a call from support if you cant fill out
the
refund request form, due to it is only available in certain regions.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
