Splinter cell blacklist does not work anymore on coop (xbox one)

My new game that I bought for my Xbox One and my daughter’s Xbox One Called Tom Clancy Splinter Cell Blacklist stopped working. We used to be able to play it for about a week and after
that it just completely stopped working. We troubleshooted many ways and took it the Xbox different Networks and still nothing we wanted to make sure that the router wasn't the issue we sat on support with Microsoft for about two hours and still nothing worked.
It was working at one time for about a week as I said earlier but it just completely stopped connecting we reset the Xbox uninstalled and reinstalled the game along with many other things. We reset our Network completely on a router and even moved to different
neighbors down the street that play games and tried to connect from there. It only happens on Splinter Cell. It just keeps saying “connecting” and nothing happens. We are really frustrated and we're told to reach out to you because Microsoft said there's nothing
else they could do. We went to different houses and, different Networks, reset all of our Xbox's back to factory, uninstalled the games and reinstalled the games and, Sat on support for 2 hours, and still nothing worked. We try to connect with both Wireless
along with hardwired to make sure that we tried many different ways. I just don't get it. it was working for one week and after that It wouldn't connect anymore. I can't even connect with Xbox Live for it two connect me with a different multiplayer . it just
keeps saying connecting and finally gets an error telling me “can't download latest multiplayer data please try again” Microsoft even made sure that our accounts weren't expired and that we were using a gold account.

It may not be NAT type OPEN. That's why he's still writing about joining you because you can not connect. Most UBISOFT games have it and Splinter Cell has 100%

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to work with Splinter Cell.

If it's only happening with one game, I would and you guys are both using the same console, I would check out the steps in our

Xbox One Game Freeze Solution. If that does not work/ or you and your daughter both have different consoles, then it could mean that there's something up with your network. I would suggest going to
Settings> Network> Network Settings and Test your multiplayer connection. Let us know if you got an error when you did.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

Hi Miguel,

Seeing that you both are in separate rooms, I' assuming you are playing co-op over multiplayer and not local play so it could be an issue with the network at home because I'm also going to assume that you both are on the same network.

I recommend unplugging your router and modem from the power for 5 mins and also go ahead and hard reset/powercycle both Xbox's again like was mentioned before.

If you guys can still not play co-op with each other or with anyone else, go ahead and go into your network settings and run the network and multiplayer troubleshooting steps and then let us know the results!
