Splinter cell blacklist backwards capability help

hey gamers im in need of some info... as of today 8/1 both games splinter cell double agent & blacklist aew now playable via backwards capability however i seem to have to pay 19.99 for it. now i see one of the addons it clearly states i already own and
it installed with no issue but why would i have to pay for a game i clearly own? is it possible that being the game was just made available today that it may just be a hickup on MS end that they have to make a quick fix of or am i missing something& anyone
else having this issue on blacklist or any other game?

Is it possible that you purchased the game on disc, and then purchased the DLC at a later point in time threw the marketplace?

 

if you have the disc you should just have to pop it in the system for the update to backwards compatible.

 

I have the disk and it wont download it either. shows dlc has been purchased as well.

 

There are two discs for Blacklist...only the first (game) disc works on X1. The second disc is not needed/recognised.

 

There is some issues with Splinter Cell but it should be fixed now

 

What about the HD texture packs on the second disc? Will that be added as a free Marketplace download, as was the case for Battlefield 3? Or is it already included in the game download for Xbox One?
