Splash screen stuck signing in on pc xbox games

Hello.
I had tried what you said and both of them didn't exactly work, The first option didn't let me change anything with the ip helper because it kept on saying "Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start." when i tried to make it start Also i checked on xbox accessory management service properties too and it was startup type manual and service status stopped and i left it that way. For option 2 when i launched xbox again i did not get any blue notification but when i tried to launch yakuza kiwami it said the app couldn't be started so then i reinstalled and still did not work. Also i use windows 10

Are you using an administrator account in your PC, right?

If yes and if you have an antivirus installed in your PC, disable all the protections temporarily restart your PC and try the thing with the services again

If that doesn't work, let's try something different:

A. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

Is this happening on Windows 11 or 10?
May I know if you have the next services running?

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again

If yes and if the issue persists. May I know if you tried reinstalling gaming services via PowerShell?

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Restart the PC and Open the Xbox application.

A blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:
"This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed check again

If yes and if the issue persists. Tell me what else did you tried, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Well it looks like 1903 was the culprit. I installed update 1909 and I was able to reinstall xbox. I don't know if the update fixed both problems or if it was the reinstall of xbox, but it's fixed now.

i can't even get to the dashboard. i'm stuck at the 360 splash screen.
