    Hi there I have been trying to buy games and download apps but when I click on the button for purchasing I get a black screen with spinning circle .

    This is a new xbox one I did manage to download assassin creed unity with a download code and I got Skype app... but nothing else works I have waited about 20min and still on spinning circle ....

    I im in New Zealand and I have Xbox360 and never had a problem with that..

    Apps will not download

    APPS WILL NOT DOWNLOAD... I hit the download button and I get the spinning circle for a couple of minutes then it goes back to download screen. I would love to use these apps. Can anybody help?

    I can't download apps.

    When I try downloading the apps daily motion or netflix I just the the loading spinning circle.. I estimate it should take about 30 seconds to come up but 20 minutes of waiting and nothing, just spinning circle.

    -

    I cleared cache, restarted xbox and internet connections and I am a gold member with over 20gb free on my HDD.

    After two years WWE stopped loading on xbox one

    I click on the WWE app. The app comes up and it shows the circle spinning, indicating it's loading but the circle just keeps spinning. We let it load for more then 20 minutes. If you have more questions... Thanks

    Black ops 3 won't install!

    i bought it digitally this morning from the xbox store, took 4+ hours to download and at 100% never said done. it showed up in my games and apps yet when i click on it it took me to the store and told me to install it..now the box art is missing from the
    games tab & now when i try to reinstall it all i get is a circle spinning over and over with nothing happening... awesome game can't wait to not play it

    Cannot load games - ALL freeze at game start up screen - 0x80a30204 error

    I cant even try to uninstall a game.....when I go to "Manage Game" the screen has the spinning thing (loading.......forever). When I look at My Game and Apps...."Installed" , "Ready to Install" etc etc etc all have spinning circles and never load....

    Xbox app borked? Maybe a Live service issue?

    I'm now noticing a delay when viewing messages.

    Sometimes it takes a while for the message list to load.

    Sometimes when I click on an existing message, there's a circle "loading" icon spinning away for 10-20 seconds before I can reply.

    What has happened to this app???
