Follow the steps of making the purchase and it'll give you the options for Digital or Disc (if available).

You may also want to contact your local GameStop or game store in your area to ask if the game is available on Disc.

Nun ja, die Aussage ist rechtlich gesehen schon richtig. Es ist tatsächlich nur Kulanz von MS.

Ich hab auch ne PS4 und hatte auch bei meiner PS3 noch nie eine Erstattung beantragt. Als ich letztens das erste Mal eine beantragte, hieß es tatsächlich: *Sorry aber Sie haben das Spiel schon heruntergeladen, da ist eine Erstattung nicht mehr möglich !*
Und wenn man ein Spiel im Laden kauft ist es ja auch so, wenn man die Schutzfolie entfernt, ist eine Rückgabe nicht mehr möglich.

MS ist diesbezüglich schon recht kulant (aber auch nur ein Mal pro Kalenderjahr ^^)

If you purchased the game trough CD you need to use the CD always, the only way to not need the CD it's to purchase again the game digitally so you have access to it without the CD
