Spider solitaire does not work on expert.

When attempting to play spider solitaire on expert in the 25th anniversary tournament, and in the event on 01/02/17, the game would not let you move any cards after you placed a card on top of it. I placed a red jack on a red queen, when a red king became
available, it would not allow me to move the queen to the king. The only moves that can be made is one card at a time. Through a bunch of maneuvering, I was able to completely build a red set. However, once completed, it would not remove the set as completed.
How can I fix this problem so I can compete in events and complete the 25th anniversary tournament. I have tried closing out and starting over and shutting down the computer and restarting, nothing works. Thanks Also, graceful emu is not my xbox profile. When
I click on the gracefulemu profile to try to change it, it opens up with my profile with the correct name, but it will not take this graceful emu off the screen. This just does not make any sense.

Spider expert version not working in Solitaire World Tour

Spider expert challenge #28 in latest Solitaire World Tour event isn't working. Cards frozen and won't move when stacked (red Jack and 10). It's the last challenge I have left. Can it be fixed without reloading the Solitaire app?

I find these glitches a lot in Spider --- many games in the star challenge section also don't work for this reason.

 

Problem with Spider Solitaire resetting after combining 2 stacks to make 1 complete

When the spider solitaire calls for the completion of several stack every time I combine two stacks to make a complete stack king thru ace the game resets and does not count the completed stack. I have experienced this in both the Daily Challenges when the
spider solitaire game requires completed stacks as well as in the Star Challenge. It appears that there is a bug in those Spider Solitaire games requiring completed stacks.
