Spider not recording all wins.

I tried to use the suggested website but they make it so complicated. For example, they ask for a "name tag". I just play solitaire games as it loads up with Windows 10. No signing is involved. I was able to attach a video of the occurrence but I really have not had a proper answer. It seems to be happening more often now. very annoying.

The in game tracker for the gold medals didn't go up (but the trackers for marathon and strive for perfection did) when I earned one this morning, nor did the tracker for spider wins and combined Klondike/spider/free wins when I won a spider game.

I'm running into the same thing playing Spider. I'm at 27% on Xbox Live but in the game I'm at 33 wins. This is when I try to get to 100 wins. All other achievements have been fine. This started about a week ago for me.

My kind of game for sure, but Spiders in my opinion have a record of missed opportunities with their titles so I'll wait for the final product and some actual gameplay...
