Spider-Man 2 blu ray won't play

I bought the amazing Spider-Man 2 on blu ray on Monday and fwhen I put it into my console it just says insert disc it doesnt regester. I have tried all my games and my other blu rays work fine and that lead me to believe the disc was at fault so I have since
had it exchanged yesterday and again today and it does the same thin. Is anybody else having this issue?

Blu-Ray Movie Garbled Picture

Recently I bought the Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-Ray and at about the hour and 9 minute mark on Spider-Man 2 the picture goes pixilated, garbled, and has jittery movements for about 7 minutes then goes back to normal

. It even crashed the Blu-Ray Player app once. I'm wondering if this is an Xbox problem or a bad Blu-Ray disc. And as far as I'm concerned 1 and 3 work fine.

 

Thor 2 Blu-Ray not playing

I purchased the Thor 2 blu-ray and 3d blu-ray combo pack. I have tried to play the regular blu-ray disc in my xbox one and it won't recognize the disc. I can play other blu-ray discs and games, just not thor 2. I have uninstalled the app, power cycled, and
returned the disc for a new copy. Is there a fix for this? Any help is appreciated.

 

I am also expiriencing this issue, has anyone else heard anything about this?
