    Spider Expert Challenge in March 5 World Tour Event Not Working


    Hi, the Spider Expert Challenge #29 in today's World Tour Event is not working. It won't let me move stacks of cards. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips--reboot (using Restart), run Windows Update troubleshooter, run Windows App troubleshooter, check
    that using current game version, clear store cache--and nothing has resolved it.

    Very frustrating, as this glitch appears frequently in the spider games and doing all of this troubleshooting is very time consuming.

    What is the fix? Is anyone else having this problem?

    Spider expert version not working in Solitaire World Tour

    Spider expert challenge #28 in latest Solitaire World Tour event isn't working. Cards frozen and won't move when stacked (red Jack and 10). It's the last challenge I have left. Can it be fixed without reloading the Solitaire app?

    I find these glitches a lot in Spider --- many games in the star challenge section also don't work for this reason.

    I have the same issue and it does not appear to be an xbox issue, because I have tried accessing the event directly without going through xbox. Also the daily challenges are working fine going through xbox. So it must be an issue with accessibility to
    the Solitaire World Tour Event. Please fix.

    I have had the same thing, crashing after finishing the first challenge, on the Jan 29 World Tour and now on todays Pyramid event.

    I also uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect. I am about ready to swear off events!
