    Spending with savings account on xbox


    As title states, are you able to spend money directly from savings account on the xbox marketplace(ex: buying games)?It allowed me to put my information in and save it but if I were to try to purchase anything it just says that I should contact Microsoft
    support and that it is having trouble processing my payment. Thanks in advance.

    If there’s a debit card with your savings account, then it should be considered a valid form of payment. If there is trouble processing the payment, there may be a temporary issue with Xbox Live, or a card restriction/error.

    When it says to contact Microsoft Support, you should use the
    phone or chat option    . The representatives over those lines are able to look at your personal account details for further help.

    I'm pretty sure. Unless your bank specifically states that you can't draw money from savings because of w/e reason.

    Did you set his account as a child account? That would have saved all of the issues as he would of had to ask permission to spend anything

    I currently have to spend $120 for 2 XBL Gold subs because my brother and I have separate accounts on the same Xbox 360. With the new home gold feature in the Xbox One, I will only have to spend $60 saving me a games worth of money every year. Some people
    win some, and some people lose some LOL.

    just make sure you designate ONE xbox as a home.... and have that be your brothers Xbox.. and have him be a silver account.... and you use his XB to sign into as a guest... will also save you money on games.. 2 for 1 XBL gold accounts & 2 for 1 games as
