spending reward credits

hello, not sure if I'm posting in the right forum but im having an issue spending some credits i recently had deposited.

I recently started playing halo wars and wanted to get the dlc packs for it using the points i earned. It doesn't give an option to use the credits I had deposited. Can you not use them for 360 titles or something?

Missing Credits

I spent over $38.00 on Freedom Rewards this month (May) but the credits were not added to the Free Pass credits program. I was only credited with spending $5.00 in the FREEqeuent Player credit program

In order to use your Microsoft account balance for 360 content, you have to use a 360 console. If you are, and the option is not available, you would want to contact Xbox support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

you dont need to be on a 360 console. If anyone else has same trouble, buy the content within the game itself if playing it backwards compatible on xb1instead of the storefront.

For every $10 you spend, get 50 Rewards Credits

Champion (GAMERSCORE: 10000 - 24999)

For every $10 you spend, get 100 Rewards Credits

Legend (GAMERSCORE: 25000 - 74999)

For every $10 you spend, get 200 Rewards Credits

Master (GAMERSCORE: 75000+ )

For every $10 you spend, get 300 Rewards Credits

Hi VT3X PR0XY. This might be for Microsoft Rewards, since we don't have a 1-month game pass for 5,000 Credits. Also, you can't spend your Credits in the Xbox Live Rewards program as they are converted to your local currency. You can spend My VIP Gems though,
5,000 Gems for a 12-month game pass.
