Spending activity child under Family Safety

As an organiser in family safety I see my own transactions when I look at the spending activity of a child under my management. The transactions are also noted with the child's name as if they where his. When I look at the transactions on my own account I see the same transactions and they are also correctly noted as mine. I find this very strange. Why is this?

hi. im mel and i am an independent advisor. the family safety app lets u see all transactions made by family members in your family group. i am unsure as to why ur transactions are showing under your sons name and also showing correctly in yours. it is likely a glitch within the system. you can follow this link and use the contact us option further down the page to speak to a member of the team who may be able to assist further. https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help...ld-accounts/microsoft-account-family-benefits

You can adjust it's setting by following these steps:

Sign in to the Microsoft Family Safety site with your account.

Sign in to your Microsoft account

Under the member whose account you want to manage, select More options > Spending.

On this page, you can select the toggle switch under Credit cards for Require approval for every purchase.

"To manage a member’s spending settings on the web:

Sign in to your Microsoft account
Under the member whose account you want to manage, select More options > Spending.
On this page, you can select the toggle switch under Credit cards for Require approval for every purchase.
Under Spending settings, you can also select the toggle switch for Spending notifications if you want to be notified whenever the member makes a purchase.”
