    Spending a £5 auto redeem topped up with cash


    Please help me spend my £5 auto redeem along with £6:99 cash from my card. I’ve been trying for a while to contact someone but it just says it’s not working. It’s been over a month now!

    How can I cancel my auto redeem on Xbox rewards app when the manage button doesn’t appear in the options?

    I found how to remove the auto redeem--

    Open up your Xbox Rewards appp on your xbox then at the top you will see an Auto Redeem tab at top--click on it then cancel your auto redeem choice

    What is with the syncing data issues all of a sudden? I can't play a game now

    Its happening to me with Forza 5. I wanted to load it up and spend my cash on cars before uninstalling it to increase my forza tier points. tried it 5 times. Gets to 100% then i get the error youy speak of.

    Hello THeHuntsman93! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Go to the MS Rewards app on your console, move across to the auto redeem section at the top. You will see the item which is being auto redeemed, click Manage, then cancel auto redeem. That will stop it happening.
