    The issue all started for me on 11/6/15. I stream on Twitch. I tried firing up a stream and it was just lagging to terrible. Everybody said the lag was terrible. So I ran a speed test on my console. The download speed was down, but still favorable (80
    mbps), but my upload speed was atrocious (less than 1 mbps). I normally was getting 11-14 mbps upload. So naturally, I called my ISP. I had three techs come out, 3 different times. After the last one, they confirmed the connection from their end was great.
    120 mbps download and 12 upload. I have replaced my old modem and router combo for an all in one netgear provided by my ISP. Still having the same problems. My ISP believes it's an issue with the console(s). I have two xbox ones, and they both have the
    same problem. I have obviously reset the network devices (heck I even replaced them). WHAT is going on???

    There are a few people connected on this network, but when I shut my laptop down, the lag did not improve any. And is there a way to improve my Upload speed?

  3. Wi-Fi Speed limit???

    Don't worry there isn't a speed limiter installed on the Xbox 360 for either wireless or wired connections. The simple fact is, those sites are no where near accurate. I live a long way from you - In the United Kingdom, and I get measurements from HTML5
    speed testing sites that are no where near my actual speed. I've tested it from my Xbox wired and wirelessly, and from my PC which is wired.

    The tests I've done state my download speed is between 4 - 9Mb/s. My actual speed is more like 60Mb/s down. I get the same slow speeds recorded by the HTML5 speed test sites that you are getting. Sometimes they report much higher, mostly not.

    If you're getting slower web browsing speeds on the 360's Internet Explorer compared to your PC, this is down the console and the browser, not your connection speed. As for the marketplace, it depends on how MS have configured their network and how many users
    are trying to download the same thing.

    The Xbox One doesn't play well with another console on the same network

    If possible try and connect one of the consoles directly to the modem and the other to the router. Also check if your NAT is open on both consoles AFTER you've connected one directly to the modem and the other to the router.

    Router brand & model number: My router is built in to my modem

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 2

    Wired or Wireless (for each console): One wired and one is wireless

    Things you have tried: I've had my ISP out three times to verify it is not their issue. Reset the modem. Port forwading. 3 hour conversation with Xbox via phone.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: No idea what that is..so...unknown

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: No NAT error, NAT is open

    Any Error Codes you encounter: No error codes

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Cox Communications

  9. Could you try and check Speedtest.net and pingtest.net and select a server near Seattle,WA to see what your ping is?

    It's best to check this on pc for the most accurate outcome, a high ping causes stuttering while streaming and could be the cause of the issues.
