Speed up the Xbox App

Is there a way to speed up the Xbox app?

I am having issues in both the windows 10 and android version of the app.

It is slow when loading pages, and fails often at sending messages, updating when i receive messages and generally browsing

Video Bandwidth Problem - But Passed "Very High" speed test

The Window 10 XBOX APP SPEED TEST that indicates if you qualify for all for speeds: LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, VERY HIGH. - from my post: - "... the XBOX APP SPEED TEST passed all connections up to an including the "Very High" network speed setting and I set my
speed to that setting. I even tried the "Medium" speed setting and the same thing happened."

hi, i have a 100 down and 5 up internet service and get that speed on pc

but xbox if use the explorer app. and do a speed test i get 5 down and 3 up is this norma

or is there a setting that i change on the console?

That's quite simple to explain. The Xbox App shows downloads in MB/S (Megabytes per second), the Windows Store shows download speed in Mb/s (Megabits per second)

A speed of 50mb/s = 6.25MB/s

It's the same speed, just a different measurement. Like how home broadband is sold by Megabit speed rather than Megabyte speed.

Remember dial up? A 56k modem was 56Kb/s. Which is around 7 Kilobytes a second.

By the way, the Windows Store isn't just showing the download, this is the application that's doing the download. The Xbox App doesn't actually download anything on its own.
