speed bug in fallout 4

ever since i updated my console and played fallout 4 my character now moves and looks at a slowed pace: i go from running (barely) to walking, and this happens with or without weapon un holstered. i know its not the controller because it works on any other
game and im not the only one with this issue. and after researching this bug some say its a " you have 2 types of grenades equipt at the same time" thing i tried that and nothing works. i already bought the whole package wasted money it looks like bms -_-

Fallout 4 Xbox One

Freezing is common in Bethesda games unfortunately, especially in Fallout 4 and Fallout 76. Nothing you can do about in really, as Indy said a SSD speeds things up and reduces the freezes, but doesn't eliminate them completely.

I agree bring on Fallout 4. With as few bugs and glitches as possible.

I'm sorry to see any issues with Fallout 4! If you haven't already, uninstall and reinstall the game. If that doesn't help out, try a new save in the game to ensure the save you have isn't corrupted.

Oh yes I would buy Fallout 4 in a heartbeat as long as it was made by Bethesda and not Obsidian. Fallout 3 was amazing, Fallout New Vegas was a bug infested disaster that I eventually traded in even after months of patches. I assume Fallout 4 would runn
off of the Skyrim game engine. Which would be great.

This problem would be better directed to Bethesda's forums for Fallout 4:

There's not really much the Xbox forums can help you with, short of telling you to reinstall the whole game. Hopefully you've made some save points before you reached the bug, otherwise you'll have to wait for a patch. Bethesda's open-world games are prone
to bugs, something of which is beyond Microsoft's control.
