Spectrum TV app on XBOX ONE won't work

So the wonderful app has been hot and miss for a but but now i can't get it to launch at all. It gives me the Spectrum TV unavailable with error code XHP-1000 (500). Spectrum says it's an XBOX issue. Any ideas?

Xbox One X hub has sound, but one guide has no sound!!

I am having a hard time connecting my spectrum set top box to my xbox one x...I go through all the steps to get my tv, bose speakers and cable box recognized by the xbox. The spectrum app works fine along with all the other apps and have good sound, but
after switching over to one guide to watch tv there is no sound...I only get sound if I plug the optical cable into the cable box but then lose the sound for the rest of the xbox..any and all help is appreciated!!

 

Receiving a Error Code a200 in Time Warner Cable/Spectrum TV App on Xbox 360

When I load up the TWC TV app (Time Warner Cable TV app) on my Xbox 360, I am getting a Time Warner Cable Server Unavailable message, which reads:

Time Warner Cable Server Unavailable

TWC TV is currently experiencing technical issues. Please try again later.

Error code: a200

This has been happening for the past couple of days. Deleting and re-installing the TWC/Spectrum TV app did not resolve the issue and I'm getting the same error message.

Is there any indication on what the problem is and if Xbox and Time Warner/Spectrum is working on a fix?

 

Try a power cicle on your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn It on again, If It does not work so You can try to reinstall the app.
