Ok just got done with xbox live support and they said to post here to recieve a call with my new spectrum dlc camo code within the next 24 hrs Ok here's what happen I diddent recieve my code in email at all after pre ordering the game at first I thaught
it was a glitch but I guess not. Because I never actually received it I decided to contact support. So as of right now I am expecting a call for my new camo code. I am really looking fwd to my new camo!!

If you didn't pre-order the game from the Microsoft Store--which it seems you didn't--you don't get the pre-order bonus.

 

Hey TooDope, just letting you know that I removed some of the personal info from your post for your protection against people who will spam you. A support agent will be able to take a look at this. Where was the link you used to get the chat? From the
Xbox.com site or from the MS Store?

 

As VisageOfAnAngel has mentioned, one of the few ways to get the code was to pre-order through the Microsoft Store. The only other way, that I am aware of was how I got mine - it was a gift to Sales Associates through Microsoft's Expertzone training programme.

 

I pre-ordered it on the microsoft store but still didnt get the code, I tried rhe Expertzone thing but it seems to not give me the specrum reward after completing the call of duty ghost course. Can you do something give me the camo. My gamertag is BLACKHAWKS

I have a question for Microsoft is there any other way I could get the spectrum camo code

 

just talked to Activsion just now, and EB Games also, Xbox CC for the issue with my Spetrum Camo, all of them are telling me to call one of the other people to get this fixed , i pre-ordered the game when it first came out for the xbox one got the code,
it worked but nothing shows up for the camo? called eb games thet told me to call Microsoft CC did that, back to EB and Microsoft CC then told me to contact Activsion they are telling me to contact Xbox CC? from day one this came out for the xbox one on pre-order
i got an xbox 360 code that doesnt work on the Xbox ONE, never got an back from Activsion, im lost on who to contact its in my records for calling in, little help if possible please

I've been having the same problem and no one helps all of the companies point me to each other I gave up for awhile and now I just don't know what to do

 

This is why i dont care about my camoa cuz u have to gali to them alot i am lazy;-)
