Spectrum Camo code does not work(xbox one)

I recently obtained a spectrum camo code from a certified retailer and i entered the code the code however did not work and i don't know why but i've been wanting this code and it was in my hands until this happend if anybody can help me out please.

You'll have to take it up with the "certified retailer."

 

Indeed, you may want to take up the issue with your local retailer or, try to enter the code again. GOOD LUCK!!!

 

What system did you buy it for, maybe they gave you the correct code but for the wrong system

 

As above said the code may not be for the Xbox One. Try redeeming it on the 360. If that doesn't solve your problem then you will have to talk to the people you bought the code from.

 

This is a double post, we've already been over that this camo is only licenced at MS Stores, and you had to pre order the game to get it from there. Im guessing you got a fake from ebay and want re reimbursement.

 

I have called the EB Games where I'm located with the issue with the Spectrum camo when i pre-ordered it on the Xbox ONE, typed in the code and redeemed ok........... and still didnt have it? called the Xbox CC did that i got a code for the Xbox 360 on what
to do they said to call EB Games back they cant do anything and call Xbox CC, call them they tell me to call or e-mail Activition, its been more then a few months and nothing.
