    Specific xbox can’t get achievements on any account


    specifically my Xbox One S cannot get any achievements. I know it is specific to that xbox because my little brother (who lives elsewhere) has an xbox that was playing Minecraft online with me and wasn’t getting achievements I never can get, and he runs
    off of my xbox live, (which ran out) I’ve tested many games and never get the desired achievements. So I have been eerie about finishing certain Games due to this issue. Any tips?

    A factory reset may not be necessary here. First, try power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work then try deleting your gamertag then power cycle again before redownloading it.

    A factory reset may not be necessary here. First, try power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work then try deleting your gamertag then power cycle again before redownloading it.

    Thanks for the help but I’m still having issues, the account with the Xbox ultimate is set at a younger age and there are specific games I can’t get because it’s at a younger age and it is saying my account does not have Xbox ultimate.

    In order to receive credits for preorders and/or achievements, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Generally for achievements the offer involves purchasing a specific game for that offer and then earning a set number of
    achievements in that game.

    I have previously purchased games on the list but got nothing. Where is it I find the achievements listed?

    My friend has an account too and he seems to be getting rewards for all his achievements.
