Specific reason for enforcement?

Xbox suspended my account for "communication" enforcement. In order to properly address this issue with my kids, I need to support to tell me the specific reason the account was suspended. Support claims they don't have access to this information, only
the enforcement department does. However, there is no way to contact enforcement.

Does anyone have tip for getting past the front line of support and getting to someone that can actually help?

you would know that MS has been working on streaming from the cloud 360 games.

The only game I'd actually play that I own for 360 is gta 5 but once you start buying new games for the new system , you don't wanna go back to 360 graphics lol

 

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com however, even with a review, they will not give you specific information.

 

Enforcement does not give you the exact reason or transcripts of why they suspended the account other than the standard, boilerplate category descriptor.

I can tell you that "communications suspensions" are commonly issued for profanity over Xbox messages to other people, or over the mic during game matches. During the suspension, all methods of communicating with other players are disabled, but the account
should still have access to playing multiplayer games.
