Specific games not working anymore

Hi!

I have a few games which were already installed on my xbox one before, but if I try to reinstall them, the console simply does nothing at all after inserting the disc, and it makes some weird noises when I eject them. For example, my doom and wolfenstein2
the new colossus is not working anymore, altough i played them on this console with my own account before, titanfall 2 on the other hand works fine. Did anyone experiene similar issues? I checked the forums but couldnt find this exact issue.

Game DVR not working anymore

I have found that unplugging the console, leaving it unplugged for a minute, then plugging it in and restarting has resolved the issue for me. Simply restarting the console via software did not solve the issue.

Game DVR not working anymore

I've taken about 50+ clips so far, mostly Dead Rising. I've noticed today that new clips aren't showing up on my account, on smart glass on upload. When I say "Xbox record that" the notification comes up. I haven't seen any errors or messages, I've probably
lost 10 clips at this point... Any ideas?

Hey Smokin5tyle90! If you go to the game's page in the store while the disc is in do you see an option to play? If possible, post up some screenshots of what you're seeing so we can take a look. Thanks!

Anymore news on this? I haven't been able to find anything specific. Will live TV and the OneGuide work with Rogers in Canada?

I have tried everything and my hard drive works fine, but every other game works smoothly but it's those specific games that always act up. And I just tried playing an older game today and my Xbox doesn't even want to read it anymore.

As stated, as long as you're signed into the profile that purchased the games, you'll be able to download them. If you were playing games that you got through Games with Gold, you won't be able to play them without an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

You're gonna want to be on the account that had purchased the game. If you made a new account and don't have the login for the other one, then you simply can't get those games back and it would also sound like they are way out of their refund timeframe.

You may need gold for some titles as some titles are online only, its often times that those games that are really multiplayer heavy are.

If you can't figure it out or don't have access to anything and you have gold/are on the right account contact customer support, they're the professionals.
