    Specific apps won’t launch on my Xbox


    Specific apps wont launch like NBA 2k19 and PUBG i have tried restarting my console,clearing cache,resetting my console and tried deleting and redownloading these games but nothing seems to work.I have a Xbox one x 1TB and i have had it for almost for
    a year now.

    No i did not get a specific error the game just quits me out and takes me to the home screen.I have following the steps you replied to me but it doesnt give me a quit option.

    Hello HG,

    Sorry for the issue with the games. Can you totally unplug the console, leave unplugged for about 15 minutes. Then plug back in and try the game.

    Sorry for the issue with the games. Can you totally unplug the console, leave unplugged for about 15 minutes. Then plug back in and try the game.
