    Hi,

    So I have been a Gold member for awhile now and love it. I have my Xbox One and a lot of games on it. I avidly participate in the Games With Gold program and have since launch. I have been able to get the entire Gears of War trilogy through the program.
    However, I have played them through on Xbox One and then had to factory reset my console. Upon resetting and then re logging in I am unable to find Gears of War (the first one) and Gears of War 3 in my ready to install list. I can find every other game I own
    and have got through GWG but can't find these two. Let me know if anyone else is having this problem or if you know how to fix it. I have had a customer support ticket open for about a month and a half now and they told me to try this out on here and see.

    Prince of Persia not showing up as Ready to Install

    I bought Prince of Persia today on my xbox 360 and it is not showing up on my Xbox One Ready to Install list.

    I currently have 20 games on 360 that are backward compatible but this PoP is not showing even though it is on the list to do so, and even says on the tile that it plays on Xbox One when you go to buy it.

    Can anyone assist as to why this is please.

    Titanfall digital download not available

    I looked at the "ready to install" list, pressed both triggers and X, and titanfall is not there. Anymore suggestions? I did go online and look at my purchase history, and titanfall with the dlc is showing up there, but it is not showing up on my xbox
    one list of games.

    Hey ThrisketCrab,

    Do you see these missing games when you check your Download History?:
    support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history     (There's a section for checking your download history on a PC device, which is sometimes easier.)

    Whatever you see there is content that was purchased/redeemed by your specific profile. If anything is missing from this list this could mean that your Xbox One is unable to find it because it was a disc game, and it might have slipped your mind, or because
    another profile actually purchased this content you were playing before.

    Since you just restored your console, it's less likely that this will matter, but you can also unhide content in your Ready to Install (the far right of My Games & Apps) by pressing RT+LT+X. In the chance that you actually see the content in your download
    history, trying that may make it appear on your console to download it. Specific 360 games not showing up in my install list on Xbox One. :)

    Hi,

    For Xbox 360 content to show on your console the following conditions must be met.

    1. The Xbox 360 game must be on the backwards compatibility list.

    2. You must be signed in with the same account you purchased the specific game.

    Once you purchase a game for your console, whether it be Xbox 360 or Xbox One, it will show on your 'Ready to install list' If none of your games you purchased are on the list, you must have the wrong account on your console.

    ok. apparently what I found before was the dlc. when I search now the actual game shows up as well but when I select it there is no install option. it just says view game hub. and its still not showing up in my install list or in the 360 section of the xbox
    one store.

    I am able to play the game on the Xbox 360 without any issues. I have tried to Power Cycle the Xbox One console with no results. The game does not show up in my ready to install list on the Xbox One.
