Specialist and YOLO!

For those of you who don't know, Infinite Warfare has 2 extra difficulties for Campaign: Specialist and YOLO mode. Each is set to Hardened difficulty.

Specialist Mode is ultra-realistic. No health regen, your helmet takes permanent damage. Getting shot in appendages impairs your aim or movement. Your weapon can get shot out of your hand, there are no hitmarkers, there are no directional markers that tell
you from where you got shot, and there is no automatic reload on empty mags.

YOLO mode is exactly what is sounds like. 1 life. You die, you do it all over again.

I have a couple questions regarding these modes. First off, are there any in game benefits/achievements for completing these modes? How will people know that we actually did them and not just think we're lying? Second, in campaign, too much friendly fire
will set you back to the last checkpoint. In YOLO mode, will that count as you "dying", and send you back to the beginning of the game?
